Whether it's tracking packages, answering questions about delivery status, or addressing billing concerns, your role will ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Provide real-time support to customers via the FedEx live chat platform. - Address inquiries regarding package tracking, delivery statuses, and billing. - Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently using FedEx’s internal systems. - Maintain a professional and friendly tone throughout all customer interactions. - Document and follow up on all customer communications to ensure complete resolution. Qualifications - Must reside in or near Fresno, CA, and be authorized to work in the U.S. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred. - Strong written communication skills and typing proficiency. - Comfortable navigating different software platforms and systems. - A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
