What You'll Do: Be the Catalyst for Change As a Part-Time Remote Admissions Representative, you will be responsible for managing the full admissions lifecycle for prospective students. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and centered on building relationships and providing personalized guidance. Your key responsibilities will include:

Prospective Student Outreach: Make outbound calls, send personalized emails, and engage with prospective students to introduce them to our programs and answer their initial questions.

Admissions Counseling: Conduct one-on-one virtual interviews to understand students' academic and career goals. You will provide in-depth information about our programs, curriculum, and enrollment requirements, ensuring they are a good fit for our institution.

Application Guidance: Guide prospective students through the application process, helping them complete and submit all necessary forms and documents in a timely and accurate manner.

Follow-up & Nurturing: Maintain consistent and proactive communication with your assigned leads, providing encouragement, answering follow-up questions, and ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to meticulously track and document all communications and progress for each prospective student in your pipeline.

Enrollment Support: Work closely with other departments, such as Financial Aid and Academics, to ensure a smooth transition from applicant to enrolled student.

Meeting Enrollment Goals: Consistently work toward and achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to build trust and motivate prospective students.

Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: A confident, clear, and persuasive communication style, both verbally and in writing. You must be an active listener and a skilled conversationalist.

Sales & Recruiting Acumen: Experience in sales, recruiting, or a similar role where you had to build rapport, overcome objections, and meet performance-based goals is highly preferred.

Strong Empathy & Patience: The ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and understand their unique circumstances, providing patient and encouraging support.

Organizational Skills: A meticulous approach to managing a large pipeline of prospective students. You must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating and utilizing multiple software systems simultaneously, including a CRM, virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom), and email clients.

Self-Motivation & Time Management: The discipline to work independently, manage your own schedule, and stay focused and productive in a remote environment.

High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
