Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality TikTok videos that align with Bamboo Digital’s brand identity and audience interests. Stay updated on TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithms to create relevant and trending content. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and ensure brand consistency. Engage with followers by responding to comments, participating in challenges, and fostering a vibrant online community. Experiment with different content formats to increase engagement and follower growth. Track content performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in content creation, especially on TikTok, with a portfolio of successful videos. Strong understanding of TikTok trends, editing tools, and the platform's algorithm. Creativity and ability to conceptualize engaging ideas quickly. Basic video editing skills using TikTok’s in-app tools or external software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus. Must be based in Los Angeles with the ability to occasionally attend in-person shoots if required.
