The Director of Communications for Walmart U.S. People is a key member of our world-class communications team, advising and supporting People leadership to enhance Walmart's reputation as America's favorite place to shop and work. This proactive leader brings a strategic mindset, strong writing skills, and expertise in both internal and external communications to drive change and build effective cross-functional partnerships. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
