Sprinklr Specialist Remote/ Part Time (CST) 8-month contract. 5 hours per week. Pay Rate: $52.00 to $58.00 per hr. Our client is seeking a Sprinklr Specialist to configure, deploy, and optimize the Sprinklr platform for their Social Media team. This role demands extensive expertise in Sprinklr's suite of solutions, including social media management, customer engagement, and analytics. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration, customization, and successful adoption of Sprinklr within the organization. This position is part-time, requiring only 5 hours per week, with the contract running through the end of 2025. Primary Responsibilities

  • Technical expertise and hands-on-keyboard in Sprinklr (for project-based implementation as well as support/managed services)
  • Customize and optimize Sprinklr modules (Social Engagement, Social Listening, Care, Marketing, etc.) to meet business and operational needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to define workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting that align with business goals.
  • Develop technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and platform enhancements.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to internal teams for effective platform utilization.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay up to date with Sprinklr best practices, product updates, and industry trends to drive platform optimization.
  • Help manage the relationship with the Sprinklr team and assist with troubleshooting issues in Sprinklr.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years Sprinklr expert (strategic and hands-on keys)
  • Customize and optimize Sprinklr modules (Social Engagement, Social Listening, Care, Marketing, etc.) to meet business and operational needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to define Sprinklr workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting that align with business goals.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to internal teams for effective Sprinklr platform utilization.
  • Monitor Sprinklr platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay up to date with Sprinklr best practices, product updates, and industry trends to drive platform optimization.
  • Experience with API integrations and enterprise system connectivity.
