Job Title: Manager, Integrated Program Specialist (FULLY REMOTE) Weekly Hours: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Schedule Analyst to join our Program Management Office (PMO). This role is critical to the successful planning and execution of complex engineering and operations programs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis, and will serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for assigned programs.
  • Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to build intermediate schedules and ensure seamless integration into the overall program schedule.
  • Support proposal development by generating interim schedules and contributing to Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation.
  • Update the IMS regularly with status reports and Estimate to Complete (ETC) inputs from CAMs.
  • Conduct critical path and driving path analyses to identify schedule risks and opportunities.
  • Assist the Program Earned Value Analyst with scheduled and ad hoc tasks.
  • Generate and deliver schedule-related reports to Program Management, highlighting execution risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in program reviews and support compliance assessments and audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Process).
  • Ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) standards, tools, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, 7 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project is essential.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with EVMS, project scheduling, and working within a PMO environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel and SAP is preferred.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $63.88 - $63.88/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
