Customer Service Representative We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for meeting the specific and unique needs of our customers while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity with minimum downtime. In addition, this position will assist sales representatives in servicing customers.

Responsibilities

Include:

  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Handle all client interaction, including inbound and outbound calls, requests received electronically, and face-to-face interaction with walk-in clients.
  • Processes customer orders and changes according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Process orders Brady Sales Representative phone in and act as point of contact regarding open orders.
  • Maintain various accounts and review open orders.
  • Pull Material Safety Data Sheets and copy as required for customers.
  • Research customer's problems and follow through to resolution.
  • Provide Admin support for management including, but not limited to, report generation, data processing, and filing.
  • Other projects assigned by supervisor.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service in the warehouse/distribution environment helpful.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Customer Focused.
  • Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person.

Compensation & Benefits: The pay range for this role is $18-$22 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
