Match Day Technician - Stockley Park

Role Overview:

We are searching for people to help support the delivery of our operations at Stockley Park. Duties may include supporting Graphics or Replay Operations on a casual, matchday basis. These are exciting opportunities to gain experience in elite sports operations, live broadcast technology, and high-profile football environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Depending on your role and level of experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering real-time graphics and data to stadium screens and broadcasters

• Communicating VAR decisions clearly to fans and partners during live matches

• Liaising with officials, broadcasters, and stadium staff remotely

• Supporting data accuracy and maintaining high operational standards

• Conducting pre-match checks and ensuring all systems are ready to go

• Troubleshooting any technical issues quickly and calmly

• Writing post-match reports to inform continuous improvement

What You Must Have:

This is a highly visible and high-pressure role. We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, professional, and passionate about football, and who meet the following essential criteria:

• Must live within a commutable distance to Stockley Park

• Must be available to work weekends and some midweek evenings

• Ability to perform under pressure in a live broadcast environment

• Strong football knowledge and understanding of the Laws of the Game

• A high level of professionalism – you'll be working in a client-facing role

• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused attitude

• A solid technical foundation and quick to learn new systems

• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
