We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Member of Marketing, Growth Operations role:
Technical Skills:
- Build: Capable of setting up, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns within various platforms.
- Marketing Ops Foundation: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and campaign execution across digital channels like LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Instagram, and email.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to interpret performance data, build reports, and identify insights across the marketing funnel. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, internal dashboards, or Tableau.
- Project & Process Management: Proven ability to manage complex, detail-heavy projects, like ad campaign launches, email automation flows, or A/B test implementation
- Digital Channel Familiarity: Hands-on exposure to SEO/SEM, ABM tools, paid social, or retargeting platforms, and a willingness to continuously learn how they work together.
- High Ownership & Detail Orientation: A strong bias for clean data, clear documentation, and operational excellence. You take pride in getting the details right.

- Lead: Can take ownership of growth operations projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manage: Effectively manages multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously, adapting to changing needs.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to use data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, internal dashboards) to derive insights.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., paid search, social media, email).
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous approach to data and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
- You have experience with SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation.
- You have a background in A/B testing software and experimentation frameworks.
- You are familiar with B2B SaaS marketing.
- You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
