Chief of Staff
We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and versatile Chief of Staff to serve as a right-hand to the CEO. This role combines executive support, business operations, and special projects. You’ll manage the day-to-day details that keep the company running smoothly (calendar, travel, payroll and commission coordination), while also jumping into high-priority projects like recruiting, brand initiatives, and cross-functional operations.
This is a high-impact role with broad exposure to how a growth-stage SaaS company operates. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and is excited to take on new challenges as they arise.
You will have external finance support and support from our PEO.

About You
5+ years of experience in operations and executive support, preferably at a growth stage startup.
An exceptionally high bar for execution and quality of result.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills; you thrive on details and deadlines.
Comfortable switching between tactical work (running payroll) and higher-level projects (evaluating vendors, coordinating recruiting).
Strong communication and relationship skills — you can confidently represent the CEO internally and externally.
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable. You figure things out and get them done.
