PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Adults, Healthy Pediatrics • Patient Volume/Census: Average caseload 10; higher volume on GI endoscopy days ( cases) • Admissions: No • Case Mix: General, orthopedic, urology, plastics, neurosurgery, gynecology, healthy pediatrics; no cardiac. Most cases ASA 2 3.

FACILITY INFORMATION • Trauma Level: Level 3 • EMR System: EPIC • Office Equipment Available: Standard anesthesia equipment • Specialty Backup Available: Other anesthesiologists • Support Staff Available: CRNAs • Reason for Coverage: Coverage need

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes • Credentialing Timeline: 120 days / ASAP

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Active New York State medical license • Board: Board Certified • Experience: Anesthesiology experience required • Other Qualifications: Ability to supervise CRNAs

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide anesthesia for a variety of surgical specialties • Supervise CRNAs (2 3 per shift; rarely 4) • Manage anesthesia for higher GI endoscopy volumes when applicable • Collaborate with anesthesiology team for departmental coverage • Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
