About the Role

We're on the hunt for an experienced Financial Advisor/Business Consultant to collaborate closely with our internal teams and provide invaluable insights and expertise in the financial industry. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to drive success by facilitating the training of our development and product teams, ensuring they gain a deep understanding of financial domains and the software solutions we provide.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Integrant's leadership and key stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized training programs for our teams.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to educate Integrant team members on financial products, investment strategies, and industry best practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as bonds, fixed income assets, and related investment tools, elucidating their intricacies, advantages, and risks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, and incorporate this knowledge into training materials to ensure relevancy.
• Contribute to the development of training materials, documentation, and resources to support a deep and practical understanding of financial domains.
• Address questions, concerns, and provide ongoing support to our team members as they work on financial-related projects and software solutions.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements to enhance our team's understanding and capabilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in finance, business, or a related field, along with a proven track record of experience as a Financial Advisor, Investment Consultant, or Business Consultant. Your expertise in financial products, investment tools, and strategies, particularly in the US market, will be invaluable in this position.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, Investment Consultant, or Business Consultant with a deep understanding of financial products, investment tools, and strategies, preferably in the US market.
• Strong comprehension of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., FINRA, APMA, CRPS) are highly desirable.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards, US market is strong plus.
• Previous experience in training and development is a strong advantage.
