Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Fresh Food Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our fresh food department, ensuring that our members receive the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Provide seamless and efficient service while prioritizing the customers' needs to achieve excellent customer engagement.
  • Stocking & Display: Temperature regulation is a must in stocking and display as some products are heat or cold-sensitive, and an inappropriate temperature can lead to product spoilage.
  • Product Quality: Package your goods appropriately and arrange them in a manner that is visually appealing for customers to easily identify and purchase.
  • Sanitation: To meet customer expectations, it's vital to keep the freezer, cooler, and deli spaces free of dirt, germs, and bacteria.
  • Safety Compliance: Consistently maintain high safety standards, conduct proper safety inspections, and immediately alert superiors of any risky scenarios.
  • Company Standards: Comply with the company's policies that govern the proper handling of food, the preservation of temperature-sensitive contents, and the disinfection of equipment.

  • Minimum qualifications: Only people who are 18 years of age or older may participate in this.
  • Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated ability in the food service domain and certified as a food handler.

Compensation

The hourly compensation for this position can range from $18.00 to $25.00, depending on the level of experience of the successful candidate. Hourly wages may be increased by supplementary fees based on the schedule, season, or special assignments, which can cost between $0.35 and $3.00.
