Key Responsibilities: Providing World-Class Support to Our Clients

  • Connect directly with veterinary centers to coordinate prescription refills, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, following up as needed to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
  • Accurately complete data entry of prescriptions into Chewy's healthcare software, maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
  • Work with empathy, patience, and understanding to address client and partner concerns, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, embracing feedback and using it as an opportunity to develop and improve.
  • Communicate effectively with veterinary facilities via phone, utilizing internal programs and systems to investigate solutions and document call notes.
  • Manage a significant portion of the business day handling outbound veterinary facility/client phone contacts, requiring strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications: The Skills and Qualities We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and compassionately.
  • The capacity to multitask, handling multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive and self-starting approach, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other software applications.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Pharmacy Specialist Permit from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy, where applicable.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • A demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed, with a willingness to work longer hours or adjust to changing business requirements.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and securing sensitive information.
  • The ability to pass a background check and maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
