Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will work closely with our sales team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a full-time, hybrid role that offers a unique blend of on-site and remote work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide exceptional customer service
- Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day to navigate and resolve customer issues
- Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
- Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other computer programs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working in a team-based environment and collaborating with internal teams

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $15.80, with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00 per hour. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
