Key Responsibilities

  • Gather information from customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, using clear and concise language
  • Follow established processes and procedures for client programs, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
  • Meet individual, team, and department performance goals, striving for excellence in customer service
  • Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor, even in challenging situations

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center environment with inbound and outbound calling
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with accurate typing and data entry abilities
  • Experience with Windows-based software and internet browsing
  • A reliable and consistent work ethic, with a strong desire to help people
