Responsibilities

As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers during flights. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to passengers during flights.
• Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures.
• Ensuring passenger safety by conducting safety demonstrations and checking emergency equipment.
• Serving food and beverages to passengers while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Managing in-flight sales and assisting with any inquiries passengers may have.
• Communicating effectively with the flight crew and passengers.
• Handling any emergencies or difficult situations with professionalism and poise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent in at least one native language; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel frequently and spend extended periods away from home.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
