Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive application support, system diagnostics, and repair, while maintaining, enhancing, and managing technical environments. You will collaborate with clients and teams to deliver high-quality solutions, drive quality improvements across projects and processes, and contribute to the development of root cause summaries for integration-related incidents. As an SAP FICO Functional Consultant – AMS, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues and leaders to drive success for our clients, our people, and our organization as a whole.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive application support, system diagnostics, and repair to ensure seamless operations
• Understand established processes and standards, monitor task progress, and report status to team members
• Maintain, enhance, and manage technical environments, including development, implementation, integration, and helpdesk services
• Research problems, identify corrective measures, and drive quality improvements across projects and processes
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver solutions, improve deliverable quality, and develop root cause summaries for integration-related incidents
• Keep requirements, design, process, and technical documentation current and up-to-date

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Expertise in SAP FICO with at least one full-life cycle project
• Application support experience and a proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A 4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to travel at least twice per year for company meetings and internal trainings
