The Role: Join Our Tech Academy and Launch Your Career
As a participant in our Tech Academy, you'll embark on a transformative two-year journey, starting as a Junior Consultant. Our program is carefully crafted to provide a comprehensive learning experience, with a focus on practical skills and real-world applications.
LEARN IT: Foundations of Tech Expertise
Your journey begins with 7 weeks of 'core' training, which introduces you to the fundamentals of various tech disciplines, including:
- Software Development
- Business Analysis
- Test Automation
- Service Desk analysis
- Cyber Security
Our expert trainers, with extensive industry experience, will guide you through interactive sessions, hands-on exercises, and real-world case studies. The first 2 weeks of core training take place in our Leeds office, with the option for remote training for the remaining 5 weeks. For additional specialist training, you'll have the opportunity for face-to-face learning in our Leeds office, complete with free accommodation and Yorkshire Tea.
GROW IT: Self-Driven Development and Certification
After completing your core training, you'll have dedicated time for self-driven development, focusing on your areas of interest and career goals. Ten10 will fund your self-development and industry qualifications, empowering you to:
- Pursue certifications in specific tech disciplines
- Develop a personal project or contribute to an open-source initiative
- Enhance your skills in emerging technologies
LIVE IT: Real-World Experience and Client Placements
Upon completing your training, you'll join a Ten10 team on a live project with one of our clients. We'll work with you to determine the best client placement, considering your interests, work environment preferences, and skillset. Our clients are based across the UK, including:
- Scotland (various locations)
- Leeds
- Manchester
- Southampton
- London
As a Ti10, you'll work onsite with our client, supported by a Ten10 team, and have access to continued training and development opportunities, mentorship from industry-leading professionals, and a vibrant social scene.
