Job Summary

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Booking.com, providing exceptional customer service to our guests via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the problem-solver, the listener, and the advocate for our customers, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their bookings

  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and finding solutions to their problems
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure a timely resolution
  • Utilize Booking.com's systems and tools to navigate through booking information and provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to navigate through multiple systems
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or travel industry setting

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other travel industry systems
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices
  • Fluency in multiple languages (a plus, but not required)

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
