About Our JumpStart Program

Our JumpStart program is a revolutionary preschool program that combines gymnastics and parkour with school-based curriculum developed by trained and credentialed teachers. This innovative approach helps children develop essential skills such as balance, flexibility, agility, and strength, while also promoting socialization, creativity, and emotional intelligence. As a Gymnastics Preschool Teacher with our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our young students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging gymnastics and parkour lessons to preschool-age children, tailored to their individual needs and abilities
• Develop and implement lesson plans that integrate school-based curriculum with physical activity, promoting a well-rounded learning experience
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to our rigorous safety standards and protocols
• Communicate effectively with parents, supervisors, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress and program development
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting socialization and friendship among students
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and gymnastics instruction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A safety-oriented mentality, with a strong commitment to ensuring the well-being of our students
• CPR/First Aid certification, with a national background screen completed upon hire
• Experience working with preschool-age children, either in a educational or recreational setting
• Self-sufficiency, creativity, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with supervisors, parents, and colleagues
• A fun, kind, and compassionate approach to working with children, with a genuine passion for their development and growth
• Energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to engage and motivate young students

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience teaching fitness or sports, particularly gymnastics or dance
• A background in early childhood education, with a relevant certification or qualification
• A proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and engaging programs for young children

• Strong gymnastics and parkour skills, with the ability to demonstrate and teach a range of techniques and movements

Compensation and Benefits
