Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our web and cloud applications. As a Full Stack Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data pipelines, ensuring the accuracy and security of our data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to support business needs

• Create ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data set frameworks, and tools for continuous and batch data processing
• Develop data pipelines that are adaptable, repeatable, and secure
• Investigate software and processes for data consistency and integrity
• Coordinate data from various sources, ensuring that they adhere to data quality and accessibility standards
• Troubleshoot issues and barriers as they arise
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to exchange semi-complex data related to assigned tasks
• Develop and maintain key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) stakeholders to ensure quality standards for service

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Capabilities

* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Experience with REST API development
• Experience with Skyblue application suite
• Experience with Skyblue advanced features, such as Data Pipeline, Databricks, Application Services, Data Lake, Capabilities, Event Centers, Event Lattices, and Reasoning Application
• Experience in building Skyblue DevOPS pipelines to enable CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaaS), and automation

* Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices

• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
