Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This includes data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, follow-up on missing information to process claims, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems with claims information. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to provide insights and support to our team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the claims coordination industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of claims management systems and software
  • Certification in customer service or data entry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
