Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Online Market Research and Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing email customer service to our clients through an online ticket response system
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing best-answer templates to ensure consistent and high-quality communication
• Entering data into our online system with accuracy and attention to detail
• Participating in online training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with our team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Task Responsibilities

This is a telecommuting position that requires a PC/MAC that is no more than 3-4 years old. You will be responsible for using your own 3G or 4G secured system, but you will be accountable for data usage. You will not be able to work on public computers or public internet connections.

Requirements

• Intermediate computer proficiency, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and online applications

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a data entry or administrative role

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)

• 2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a data entry or administrative role
• Experience with online data entry systems and software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
