Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing scopes, budgets, and schedules for assigned projects or programs
• Directing, supervising, and controlling the construction, fixture installation, and architecture and engineering design milestones
• Reviewing and analyzing contractor bids, making recommendations, and approving subcontractor bids
• Conducting contract negotiations, reviewing and approving changes to the contract, and applications for payments
• Closing out all necessary contracts and maintaining accurate budget forecasts throughout the project lifecycle
• Conducting cross-functional meetings to monitor activities and budgets of other departments that affect the project
• Ensuring successful project execution while maintaining quality standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A four-year degree or equivalent experience in construction project management
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with advanced knowledge of construction processes, industry standards, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• A degree in Engineering or Architecture is preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external partners
