What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of our brand, providing white-glove service to customers who expect nothing but the best. Your day will be filled with:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries
  • Making product recommendations to close sales and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for high-end fashion and a keen eye for style
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (2 years)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve mid-to-high-level customer service issues
  • Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A reliable smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily log-in
  • A USB wired headset (optional, but recommended)
