Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with our customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing solutions to their travel problems and making their experience memorable. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing assistance with ticketing and luggage
  • Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty
  • Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility
  • Working collaboratively with others to achieve success with new processes and technologies
  • Maintaining a safety mentality and adhering to the highest standards

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interactions

  • Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty
  • Greet customers as they begin and end their journey, providing assistance with ticketing and luggage
  • Offer a friendly, professional, confident, and insightful approach to help solve customer travel problems and make their experience memorable

Customer Service and Support

  • Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility
  • Working collaboratively with others to achieve success with new processes and technologies
  • Maintaining a safety mentality and adhering to the highest standards

Problem-Solving and Adaptability

  • Navigate demanding challenges through being resilient but adaptable
  • Retain composure and manage issues while not taking customer frustration personally

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally authorized to work in America without sponsorship
  • Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
