About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and customer-obsessed individual to join our team in Costa Rica. As an Account Manager – E-commerce Growth Specialist, you'll play a critical role in growing our 3P market in the USA by acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts for new products, fee pricing, and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues.

Primary Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in e-commerce, generation, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience in promoting nascent merchandise/offering into new markets is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Remarkable commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities.
  • Comfort with complex financial data and polished communication skills – speaking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.
  • Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment, comfortable with "hands-on" management of responsibilities, and demonstrated potential to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
