We're now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently
  • Enter data into multiple online systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members through video conferencing, ensuring seamless communication and a sense of belonging
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with one company in your work history
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and a friendly demeanor
  • Good technical skills, with the ability to navigate PC or MAC and web applications
  • Patience and understanding when working with clients aged 65+
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and focused

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced doctor's office or small insurance company
  • Familiarity with Medicare insurance products and services

Work Environment and Requirements:

  • Quiet, distraction-free home office with a PC or MAC and high-speed internet
  • Availability to work from 8:30 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week)
  • Ability to participate in video conferencing and online collaboration tools

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of $40,000 per year
  • On-the-job training and professional development assistance
  • Paid time off (PTO) benefits:
    • Earn 2 hours of PTO per pay period, starting immediately
    • Accrue up to 160 hours of PTO per year, depending on tenure
  • Full-time W-2 employee status with taxes withheld from your paycheck
