Job Summary

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing account strategies, promoting commercial solutions, and optimizing opportunities to align with sales or return-on-investment (ROI) goals. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue, promote compliant and profitable digital transformation, and strengthen the consumer relationship.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop account strategy and negotiation to drive business success

  • Promote commercial solutions to customers and improve customer satisfaction
  • Research market conditions to determine potential sales of Microsoft technologies or services
  • Evaluate consumer trends, competitor information, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution
  • Optimize opportunities that align with sales or return-on-investment (ROI) goals
  • Create business value propositions based on the voice of the customer to drive long-term value creation
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue
  • Promote compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the consumer relationship, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes marketing and distribution

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Two (2) years of experience in technical customer engagement and account management, including experience with generating product sales and negotiations
  • Specific skills:

+ 24 months of experience in Project management + Building business relationships + Microsoft Dynamics CRM + Sales prospecting + Sales pipeline and forecasting + Customer relationship building + 12 months of experience in Marketing

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Additional experience in technical customer engagement and account management
  • Experience with sales analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other relevant technologies

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
