About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Consultant, Global Equity, to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our Global Equity team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global company and be part of a dynamic team that drives business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
- Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, business partners, or other stakeholders
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Review and maintain equity administration procedures and documentation
- Perform other equity plan administration tasks, as requested
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field
- Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
- Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers
- Ability to analyze and convert findings into clear actionable recommendations
