Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Chewy, engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls, emails, chats, and other communication platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Researching and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and build loyalty
- Thinking critically and creatively to provide solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as pharmacy and logistics, to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies
- Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or retail setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Ability to multitask and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and creative thinking
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime as needed
- Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
