Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working independently in a virtual, remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality of service

Qualifications

To be successful as a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a virtual, remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation

Preferred Qualifications
