Key Responsibilities of the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) working from home, you will:
  • Provide inbound customer support, helping customers resolve technical issues and addressing their healthcare-related concerns.
  • Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs, maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
  • Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns, providing a positive and welcoming experience to members.

Your Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
  • A verifiable High School diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
  • Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence.
