Why You'll Love This Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our Credit Association Operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Processing and managing customer transactions, including credit card payments, refunds, and other financial transactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and flexible mindset

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or credit association environment
• Knowledge of credit association operations, including credit card processing and financial transactions
• Experience with Episys/Symitar and other financial software systems
• Certification in customer service or a related field
