Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Identity Theft and Consumer Fraud Resolution (Remote)

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides top-notch support to consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud.
About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to incoming contacts from consumers, documenting their complaints into a secure database, providing educational materials and referrals, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work remotely, with a standard shift of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud
- Document consumer data into a web application, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide education and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Excellent computer/typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (a Public Trust clearance can take anywhere from 7-60 days to obtain; chosen candidate cannot start in this role until this process is complete)
- Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken; additional compensation will be considered for those who pass the bilingual assessment)
Desired Qualifications
* Prior call center experience
- Customer service experience
- General knowledge of federal law
- Professional Resume that contains the applicant's contact information (phone number and email address), as well as the contact information (phone numbers and physical addresses) of previous employers
