Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving technical issues and assisting with healthcare-related concerns
  • Assessing customer needs and providing accurate and efficient solutions

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
