Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Virtual Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team at blithequark. As a customer support representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues, and ensuring a seamless blithequark experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools to address customer concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within the specified time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents as required.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and high-quality customer service.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers, ensure their satisfaction, and build trust in the blithequark brand.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Experience in a remote working environment is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Working Hours

We offer full-time positions with flexible working hours, including the possibility of working in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
