Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and implementing all inbound and outbound calling strategies, designed to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
  • Taking all overflow inbound service calls, and providing exceptional service to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, and working closely with Service Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and technical skills
  • Professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to provide a world-class experience to customers, with a focus on empathy, understanding, and resolution
  • Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Organized, detailed, and able to multitask, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Strong team player, with a collaborative and supportive approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
