Role Overview

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various communication channels. You will be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing solutions to their queries and concerns

  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Provide exceptional support experiences, ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
  • Minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

Basic Qualifications
