Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist – Hybrid (Typist) – Remote | WFH, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collect and enter data for assigned projects with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Create high-quality Amazon listings that meet our standards and exceed customer expectations
  • Share responsibilities for maintaining Amazon account health with the team, ensuring seamless operations and optimal results
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Oversee and review the work of remote team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Manage Brand Registry Listings in the Brand Partnership Program, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to navigate and analyze data with ease
  • Understanding of Amazon Listings and Seller Central, with experience in creating and managing listings
  • Ability to navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files, extracting and entering data with accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of your work
  • Self-motivation and a disciplined work ethic, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Reliable attendance and work history, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of productivity and performance
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts is a plus, but not required

Education & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills
  • Relevant experience in data entry, Amazon listings, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management

Compensation & Hours

As a Data Entry Specialist – Hybrid (Typist) – Remote | WFH, you can expect:

  • Pay that is negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications
  • A full-time, first-shift hybrid position, with a flexible schedule that allows for remote work and on-site training
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and 401(k) with company match
  • 40 hours of PTO after the first 90 days, with 8 hours of sick leave for the first year
