Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- At least one year of experience with technical problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm
- Keyboarding and software proficiency
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to effectively multi-task
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Flexible schedule availability, as schedules may differ in peak and non-peak periods of the year
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we welcome candidates with:
- Customer service experience
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Familiarity with software and technical systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Equipment and Workspace Requirements
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will need to have:
- High-speed internet connection
- Ability to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet
