Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression of our company
  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Educating customers about blithequark products and services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments, following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, providing feedback and insights to improve our services and products

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in a virtual environment, is a plus
  • Experience working in a financial services industry is highly desirable

Experience

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in financial services. Experience working remotely is highly desirable, as you'll be working from the comfort of your home.

Working Hours

As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you'll work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customer needs. We offer flexible working hours to ensure you can balance your work and personal life.
