As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Processing in-bound calls with third-party clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Managing calls for a Third-Party Claims Administrator, utilizing proper phone etiquette and effective communication skills to provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
- Documenting all calls appropriately, following all procedures as dictated by policy and procedures
- Conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor
- Working continuously towards professional development, utilizing downtime productively to enhance your knowledge of cases and projects
- Reliable and dependable adherence to attendance requirements, complying with scheduled lunches and breaks to ensure adequate phone coverage
- Attending all scheduled training as required
- Accomplishing other general tasks as required or necessary
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required; 18 years or older
- 6 months - 1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications experience
- Typing 35-40 WPM
- Schedule Flexibility
- Effective communication and literacy skills, with the ability to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy
- Ability to deal with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent computer skills with quick and accurate typing, the ability to open several applications at one time, and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
* Decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle escalated calls with empathy and professionalism
