Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Work from Home, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and concerns
  • Providing accurate and empathetic support to customers, actively listening to their needs and concerns
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary

  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and healthcare

Essential Qualifications:

* 6 months of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in typing (25 WPM) and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a healthcare customer service role, with a strong understanding of healthcare policies and procedures

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
