Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Ability to efficiently prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook
• Familiarity with multiple internet browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in knowledge performance metrics and developing them to drive development against key performance indicators
