Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

* 20% Strategy and Planning: + Identify and analyze customer needs to inform product development and business strategy + Develop and implement plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement strategies

  • 60% Delivery and Execution:

+ Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, chat, and other channels + Resolve complex customer issues, escalate when necessary, and follow up to ensure resolution + Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction + Collaborate with product development teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements

  • 20% Individuals:

+ Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction + Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction + Identify and address opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 0-1 years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 0-1 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices
