Key Responsibilities

As a Textbook Warehouse Employee, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory records, including receiving, storing, and issuing textbooks and other educational materials.
• Providing excellent customer service to our staff and students, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Working closely with our teaching and learning team to ensure that textbooks and other educational materials are available when needed.
• Receiving and processing shipments, including unpacking, inspecting, and storing textbooks and other educational materials.
• Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, including adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Texas driver's license.
• The ability to move 40-pound boxes and other bulky materials.
• The ability to endure summer heat and winter conditions while performing required tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience in effectively managing and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory records.
• Warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Effective communication, public relation, and interpersonal skills.
