Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless order fulfillment, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. After completing our comprehensive training program, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely, enjoying a flexible schedule and a range of benefits that will make you feel valued and supported.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and texts to fulfill orders, address inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues
  • Processing and managing order forms, including payment processing, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests
  • Identifying, escalating, and routing issues to the appropriate resources, and following up as needed to ensure resolution
  • Properly documenting each customer interaction in our tracking system and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing support for customer applications, e-learning offerings, and special projects as required
  • Meeting assigned KPIs, complying with relevant laws and organizational policies, and assisting with system enhancements and procedure updates

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, versatility, and multi-tasking
  • Proven accuracy in completing repetitive tasks
  • Punctuality, adherence to schedule, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • A background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
  • A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
