Job Summary

As a Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients and their families. You will be the first point of contact for callers, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians who will provide support and guidance. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process calls from patients and their families, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians
• Provide exceptional customer care and support, responding to caller inquiries and concerns
• Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and prioritizing tasks as needed
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to de-escalate difficult situations and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with clinicians and other team members to ensure seamless support and care

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with a minimum typing speed requirement
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with empathy and compassion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare concepts
• Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
